How does ThinkFast work?
ThinkFast is a daily brain-training app built around short logic and number puzzles. Open the Play tab, pick a puzzle, and solve it to earn crowns, XP, and streak credit. Complete 3 games a day to finish your daily goal, or jump straight into the featured Daily Challenge. Your stats are tracked automatically in the Progress tab.
What puzzles are available?
ThinkFast currently includes eight puzzles across two difficulty tiers:

Standard: Twenty48 (merge tiles, chase 2048), Focus Grid (find numbers in order, fast), Pair Up (match every hidden pair), and Echo (a memory/repeat puzzle).
Hard: Slide (order the scrambled tiles), Fill (carve the grid into rectangles), Color Sudoku (one of each colour per line), and Lights Out.

New puzzles are added in future updates.
What's the difference between Standard and Hard?
Standard puzzles are quicker, lighter brain-warmers great for daily streaks. Hard puzzles are deeper logic challenges that take longer to solve and award higher crown scores. You can switch between tiers anytime from the Play tab.
What is the Daily Challenge?
Each day, ThinkFast highlights one featured puzzle as your Daily Challenge. Completing it counts toward your daily goal of 3 games and helps keep your streak alive. The featured puzzle rotates every day at midnight.
How do streaks work?
Your streak increases by one for each day you complete your daily goal of 3 games. Miss a day and your streak resets to zero, so try to play a little every day. Your current streak and best streak are both shown in the Progress tab.
What are crowns, XP, and levels?
Crowns are your best score for each individual puzzle — they go up as you improve. XP is earned from every game you complete and accumulates toward your Level, shown on your Progress dashboard. Higher levels reflect more time and skill invested in the app.
How does the Leaderboard and rating work?
Your performance across puzzles contributes to an overall Rating, which determines your global rank and tier (such as Platinum) shown on your Profile. The Leaderboard displays your rank relative to other players using your chosen display name. Play consistently and improve your scores to climb the rankings.
Where can I see my overall progress?
The Progress tab shows your Level and XP, current and best streaks, total puzzles solved, total brain time, and a breakdown of your activity for the current week. It's the best place to check in on your overall brain-training habit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's store settings:

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ThinkFast → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → ThinkFast → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you'll retain access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.
iOS: Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: Contact Google Play Support through the Play Store app.

What subscription plans are available?
ThinkFast offers two plans:

Weekly Plan — $1.99/week: Billed every 7 days. Full access to all puzzles, both difficulty tiers, unlimited daily challenges, and detailed progress stats. Cancel anytime.
Yearly Plan — $29.99/year: Best value. Billed once per year with full access to all features.
Is my data and progress private?
Your account details and device information are kept private. Your display name, rating, and rank may appear on the public Leaderboard, but no personal information beyond that is shared. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
I lost my streak or progress. What happened?
Streaks reset if a full day passes without completing your daily goal of 3 games. If you believe your streak or progress was lost due to a bug or sync issue rather than missed play, please email support@thinkfast.app with your account email and the approximate date.
The app is crashing or a puzzle won't load. What do I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling (your progress will be restored from backup once you're signed in). If you're still experiencing issues, please email support@thinkfast.app with your device model, iOS/Android version, the puzzle name, and a description of the problem.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@thinkfast.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - ThinkFast". Please include your account email. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm when complete.
Is ThinkFast available on both iOS and Android?
Yes! ThinkFast is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Download it free on either platform and subscribe to unlock every puzzle and feature.
